1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to DesiMateStream (\"Service\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description & Usage

DesiMateStream provides digital streaming access to television channels, sports broadcasts, and video-on-demand content. Each subscription plan grants streaming permissions according to the purchased device tier (1 Device or 2 Devices). Simultaneous streaming on more devices than permitted by your plan is strictly prohibited and may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Broadband Requirements

A stable broadband connection (NBN in Australia, Ultra-Fast Fibre in New Zealand) is required for smooth playback. We recommend at least 15 Mbps for standard HD channels and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K live sports and movie streaming.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes credentials, or Portal URL). Sharing credentials publicly or reselling access without written reseller authorization is not permitted.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to periodically update channel lineups, server nodes, or app recommendations to optimize streaming stability and picture quality across our Oceania network.
